My approach differs depending on the student's needs and learning style. My teaching tricks

I start from themes the scholars are familiar with and step progressively towards more complex parts seeing that their self-esteem is being developed. I use examples and questions to confirm comprehending permanently. I will not lecture to children or request them to memorise things. Neither do I carry out the students' home tasks for them!
